Thorlabs' optoelectronics mounts include mounts for various laser diode packages including Ø5.6 mm, Ø9 mm, and 14 pin butterfly, including diodes with fiber pigtails. Many mounts include a TEC element, allowing the diode to be temperature controlled for stable operation. Accessories such as laser diode and photodiode sockets and laser diode collimation packages are also available.
