Thorlabs offers a selection of Silicon (Si) amplified detectors that include Transimpedance Photodetectors, Fast PIN (RF) Photodetectors, and Avalanche Photodectors. Both free-space and fiber-coupled options are available. Additionally, a fiber adapter can be used with our free-space detectors for added functionality, and our spectral response flattening filters improve the response uniformity of silicon detectors.
